What is a Pre-Order Campaign?

Our Pre-Order Campaigns are designed for true coffee connoisseurs who understand that the freshest possible coffee is coffee roasted specifically for you. Instead of holding standing inventory, we open a fixed-quantity lot for reservation. The entire lot goes to roast only once it is fully pre-reserved and every participant's payment has been confirmed.

This means every bag you receive is part of a single, dedicated roast, made exclusively for that campaign. No blending with older stock. No warehousing. One lot, one roast date, dispatched directly to participants immediately after roasting.

It is the closest you can get to roasting at home, without having to do it yourself.

How to Participate

Participation Terms

• Reservations become binding upon payment confirmation. All sales are final.
• The roast will only proceed once the full lot is reserved. If a lot does not fill within the campaign window, all participants receive a full refund.
• No quantity changes or cancellations are accepted after the reservation is confirmed.
• The roast date will be communicated to all confirmed participants once the lot is fully reserved.
• Clients within UAE will receive their orders within two weeks of Roast Commencement. For international clients, timelines may be longer due to shipping arrangements; shipping costs are borne by the client.
