Colombian Pink Bourbon Drips

The same Colombian Pink Bourbon lot, ground to a drip profile and sealed one cup at a time. Tear, hang the bag on your cup, pour hot water, and you have it in about three minutes. No machine, no grinder, no filter papers.

Pink Bourbon takes its name from cherries that ripen to a blush pink rather than red or yellow. Recent genetic work places it closer to the Ethiopian landrace varieties than to Bourbon itself, which is a fair warning of how the cup behaves: floral and tea-like rather than nutty and round.

Expect jasmine, stone fruit and citrus over a light syrupy sweetness, a clear step away from the chocolate and date of our Yemeni naturals.
